We are a full service Real Estate Company with offices in Avondale and Surprise, Arizona, serving all of the northwest & southwest valley in the greater metropolitan Phoenix area in conjunction with Empire West Default Solutions. Heading our REO Division are two very experienced agents:
Steve Kersey—Owner/Trainer has been a Realtor for 18 years and has extensive experience in HUD/VA owned properties, Short Sales, Foreclosed Properties and also dealt with the RTC properties in the mid 1990’s. He has wide-ranging experience in construction, having been a Master Plumber and Mechanical Contractor owning a large service company prior to Real Estate. All of the above means Experience and Knowledge to get the job done.
Angel Tellez, REO Manager has experience in Short Sales, Foreclosed and Distressed properties and the knowledge and organization that is needed to bring these properties to close of escrow. He earned a Associate Degree in resource management from the Community College of the Air Force in 1984 and has 20 years experience in HVAC/R installation & repair and 5 years as a HVAC/R contractor and in electrical construction being UMC, UBC, UEC proficient. He also has 4 years experience as a HVAC/R and electrical instructor at U.T.I.
Lynda Kersey, Designated Broker has a background in Marketing and the knowledge to bring superior marketing techniques to the sale of your properties. She has high standards of service that all of our agents must adhere to and the knowledge and experience to oversee the entire process.
Recently, because of the amount of Bank owned properties coming into the marketplace, we have seen more and more agents taking the responsibility for Bank Owned Listings.
